You raise the uppers 5.5 inches and the lowers you raise 2 inches. Then you have to move the lower ball joint on the top side of the arm. Once you do that then you ave to flip the tie rods around to get the suspension geometry back right! Its a mojor pain in the ass!!

But you could just bag it with spindles and then Z it. But I do it the way i just described so i dont have to Z it. Basically just shaving off the bottom of the crossmember
