I know you won't do it, but here's an idea. Keep a stockish body, and incorperate lifts that raise the body off the frame. It's kinda 'lowrider-ish" I know. But it would allow you to really show off the chassis while not losing the classic S10 body.

Just a thought, like I said... I know you won't do it.

"First draft of my 2 tone idea ,what im thinking is the early C10 trucks had a beltline trim that had Woodgrain thru the center on Deluxe models ,we could airbrush this on ,the upper and lower rocker color would be a Walnut pearl color and the body sides and tailgate area would be a lighter Beige pearl. I've always been a fan of painted wheel centers so they too shall be painted in a Satin Bronze color, separating the top and side colors would be a bold Orange stripe that wraps around the whole truck ,mirrors are upper body color too." - Bob Thrash

I dont get it robert, why don't you just take it to a subpar shop and rush a build like everyone else? We want to see pics of guys throwing down some sick welds, and monster notches. I want to hear about tex mex crunches, and then hear the awesome stories about you trying to retreive your truck from the shop that now no longer returns your phone calls and stops working. If you could help out, I know I would appreciate it. I hate seeing things be done correctly.
